Bryden A Little Sick

So, Bryden woke up several times last night, and when she got up this morning for school, she was very groggy and had a pretty good fever. We kept her home from school today and her and I watched a movie and took a nap. She still has a fever, but is playful not feeling the effects too badly. She decided that we should paint our fingers and toes, which she LOVES to do and is really good at it. Here are some cute pics!

Bryden Turns Three

Happy 3rd Birthday Bryden! What a big girl! We had a great weekend to celebrate Bryden turning another year older. Memere and Pepere came in from Maine, my family came up, and we had a Princess Party yesterday with all the neighborhood girls. Fun times! We rented a princess jump-a-round, made princess crowns and at some yummy cake. A special thanks to "Mr. Mumu" (aka Uncle Murat) who kept the girls entertained most of the afternoon...and to Johnny Napp, always a celebrity to the ladies! Enjoy the pics!

Bryden's New Picture Frame

Oh my gosh...I had to post this picture because I am so dang proud of my project!!! It turned out really well, which was more than I had hoped for. These are picture frames hanging from a curtain rod in Bryden's room! Yay! I am so glad it looks great!

Pregnancy - 16 Weeks

We are 16 weeks pregnant, and all is going well. I am finally getting into the "I feel pregnant" phase...though still no maternity clothes. A couple more weeks and I will probably need them!!! I have felt the baby move a couple times...little movements so far, no big thumps or kicks, just some rolling around. I can't wait for Bryden to feel the baby kick and see her face the first time she feels it! I hope we can catch it on video! Enjoy the pics!

Storytime with Ms. Bryden

Bryden started school last week, and has already picked up on many things...one of them being how a teacher reads to her class. She sat on this chair at Wintergreen for a good 10 minutes and read her book the way a teacher would read it to class. So cute...don't mind Daddy doing dishes in the background!

Wintergreen

We went up to Wintergreen this weekend, which is a ski resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nanne and Grampa have a condo there, so we got away for the weekend. We had fun swimming and watching football, and of course, enjoying a fire and some marshmellows! Enjoy the pics!

Bryden - First Day of Pre-School

Bryden started Pre-School today...we are so proud of her, and she was so ready to go. She just took charge and walked right up to the school door, went right in, took off her shoes and put on her slippers, and she was ready to go! She had no issues leaving us...kisses and hugs and we were gone with no breakdowns (on Bryden's part or ours)! What a big girl! She didn't want to leave either when I went to pick her up, so we think she will do just fine! Enjoy the pics and video.
