Cheese Ball Grin

I finally caught the cheese ball grin! Her eyes are closed on the really good one, but you get the idea...we are seeing this smile A LOT lately! I think she is teething again, and this feels good to her, cause she clamps her teeth down really hard, and then she grinds them, but the smile is so dang cute! Enjoy!

Cute Little Girls

Here are some really cute pics of the girls. Bryden LOVES to play dress up, especially with my clothes. She always wants to wear my heels around the house (glad somebody is getting use out of them) and wants to dress up in my "nice" clothes. She always wants to pick out my outfits each day, and she is usually disappointed when I tell her that I want something comfortable, like jeans and a t-shirt. So, for Christmas, Jim got me a gift card to the mall, so I cashed it in last week, and it was my goal to find clothes that were cute enough that Bryden could have some fun with dressing me, but still comfortable enough for me to actually want to wear them! It has worked out well so far. Anyway, there is a really cute pic of Bryden wearing a dressy tank top of mine, and it fits her like a dress. She came down with it on, and she had figured out a way to tie the straps behind her neck, so it actually looked like a really cute dress on her...then of course, she got really shy when I tried to take a pic of her! And Emmy, my oh my, her little personality has blossomed in the last week, especially since she got over being sick. She is giving us these HUGE cheese ball grins as I call them. It is just this smile that melts your heart...I am trying to get a good shot of it, but I am never fast enough, so I will keep working on it, but there are some really cute pics of her getting into to everything...and climbing, I swear she is part monkey, she climbs on everything! Silly Girls

Here are some cute pics of the girls. Emmy has been REALLY sick with a terrible cold plus a double ear infection. She was MISERABLE for about a week, and finally, just last night, slept the whole night through without waking herself up with a huge coughing fit. I never knew one little kid could produce so much snot! Bryden had a mild cold, not as bad as Emmy, but she would still wake up coughing every night as well. Needless to say, the Hurtubise Family did NOT get much sleep the last week and a half! We were house bound for a few days, but we are all on the mend now! Yesterday, I got a recipe for Snow-scream (snow ice cream), so Bryden and I made chocolate ice cream made from snow, and it was yummy! And there are some pics of Jima nd Bryden painting some horses that Bryden got for Christmas...such intense focus. There is also a pic of Emmy one night when she was sick. I put her to bed in her car seat to keep her upright, but I didn't belt her in...well, I guess she didn't think her carseat was comfy, cause this is how I found her! Enjoy the pics!

Snow Storm Fun

Man, we are getting slammed this year with snow! We have had three big snow storms, at least 6 inches each, two of them were about a foot! That is crazy for our area, we MIGHT see occasional flurries a couple times a year, but only get accumulation every few years...but this year we had three! And Bryden is the perfect age to enjoy it!
