Playing Outside

Here are some cute pics over the last week of the girls playing outside. We have started planting some of our garden, and Bryden and Emmy are really big helpers! I love the ones where Bryden is showing Emmy what to do with the shovel! So cute! Enjoy!

Courtney is 30!

Happy 30th Birthday to me! We had a small get together at our house to celebrate, and Bryden and Rachael decorated a special brownie just for me! It was awesome, getting to spend a special birthday with our friends and family!

Maine for Spring Break

This year we went up to Maine for Spring Break to visit Jim's family and we are having an awesome visit so far...and, we brought some fabulous weather with us. We have had sunshine and 65-70's since we got here, and we actually got sunburned a little after playing outside in the gorgeous weather one day! We had a great Easter with Jim's parents and extended family, and we've played tourists a little as well visiting Kennebunkport and Freeport! Wednesday is supposed to be really warm, so I think we will try to go to the beach for a bit, not to swim, but just to play around in the sand and enjoy the warmth. Enjoy the pics!

Sprint Vacation to Florida

Bryden had Thursday and Friday off last week from school beacuse of teacher work days, so Nanne and Grampa took the girls and I to Florida for a mini vacation (poor Daddy had to work since we are going away for spring break this week...we missed him!). Here are some really cute pics of the girls having a blast! Both of our girls LOVE the water, which I am particularly thrilled about! Hope that passion sticks! Enjoy the pics!

Emmy Walking

So, Emerson is figuring out this whole walking thing! She has been taking one or two steps between things for about two weeks now, but these past two days, she has taken walking by storm, well, not quite, but she is getting it down! She is so funny to watch because we can just see her brain working, and calculating every step. She doesn't seem necessarily cautious, but definitely calculating of her steps. I think by next weekend, she'll be going to town, and leaving all of us in the dust! Enjoy! (Oh, and P.S., I meant March 2010, not 2009!)

Bryden Singing

Here is a hilarious video of Bryden working on going to Hollywood! She LOVES to sing, and right now, she is totally into Taylor Swift's song "You Belong with Me" and we all love Lady Antebellum. In the second clip, she is jamming with Jim, and you can hear Bryden telling Jim that she is Lady Ante and he is Bellum...but shhhhh, don't tell her what the lyrics of the second Lady Antebellum song really mean, ahhhh, sweet oblivion! Then, at the very end, she realizes that she forgot to brush her teeth that morning! Enjoy!

The Girls Playing

This is a totally cute video of the girls playing together outside last night before dinner. Will this last??? I sure hope so, I really enjoyed watching them play together and entertain each other. I think Bryden is really excited that Emmy is finally at the age to play more with her, especially outside! Emmy has been taking her first real steps this week as well, although it is pretty tough for her on the uneven grass, but you get a few glimpses of her making her way around the playset! Enjoy!
