We spent a day at Fun Town in Maine and it was so much fun. Bryden rode every ride at least two times...she even was big enough to ride a roller coaster called the Galaxi, and she LOVED it! She kept wanting to go again! Enjoy the pics!

LaKermesse Festival - Biddeford, ME

We are up in Maine for a week and a half visiting Jim's side of the family and friends. Bryden just loves getting to visit Memere and Pepere and all of here friends and family up here. This weekend, LaKermesse Festival is going on, so we went out and enjoyed the parade and the fair and had tons of fun! Enjoy the pics!

IVF - We're Pregnant !!!!!

Bryden is so excited to be a big sister...just look at her face, pure joy!

Four Weeks Pregnant!

FINALLY!!! We got the news that the IVF did take, and we are pregnant! Yipee! As you can imagine, after a long, stressful, two years, we are extremely excited and relieved. It has been a long journey for us to get here, and we are very thankful in all the advances in science to allow for us to have this opportunity to expand our family. We had three embryos imlanted, so we will find out at our first ultrasound appointment in two weeks (July 10) how many little ones we are going to have!
Thanks to all our family and friends who have been so supportive throughout our journey!!! Check back here often for updated pictures as the pregnancy progresses.

Also, in fun news, we are moving back to Richmond, VA around the beginning of August. We will miss Nashville, but we are excited to grow our family back in our home in VA!

Grassmere Zoo - Nashville, TN

Today was an absolutely gorgeous day outside, so Bryden and I decided to take advantage of the break in summer heat and head to the Zoo. We had a great time looking at all of the animals...tigers, giraffes, elephants, zebras, ostriches, iguanas...all kinds of fun animals. But, the best part was watching Bryden take over the camera and start snapping away. You will get to see some of her great shots (of course, I am biased since they are of me...haha!). She really wants to be like Mommy and Daddy and man her own camera. She is really funny because she gets this little attitude of "I have to take a picture of this." What a pleasure watching her grow :o) Enjoy!
